“We believe that live events have the power to bring people together, create lasting memories, and strengthen communities. Through our partnership with SPAC, we're helping ensure that more people can experience those benefits, regardless of their circumstances.”
Tickets for Good, a platform that provides free and discounted tickets to teachers, healthcare workers, and nonprofit employees, have renewed their partnership with Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) for the third consecutive year, helping community workers across the Capital Region experience world-class performances at little-to-no cost. Tickets for Good has distributed more than 1.4 million tickets globally and supports a community of more than 673,000 active users worldwide.
The partnership provides access to an array of SPAC events throughout the summer season, from performances by New York City Ballet to the Saratoga Jazz Festival. Since first collaborating, SPAC and Tickets for Good have connected more than 300 community workers with experiences in the local live arts scene, ensuring that the people who dedicate their lives to helping others can also enjoy the cultural vivacity of the region.
"It was my first time attending the Jazz Festival, mostly because I couldn't afford the tickets before. I absolutely loved the artists and the atmosphere. I'd love to go again," a local Tickets for Good member said.

For many locals, SPAC represents more than a venue. It is one of the defining cultural aspects of Saratoga Springs, attracting audiences from across New York State and beyond to experience world-class music, dance, and other live performances.
"We believe that live events have the power to bring people together, create lasting memories, and strengthen communities. Through our partnership with SPAC, we're helping ensure that more people can experience those benefits, regardless of their circumstances. SPAC plays an incredibly important role in the cultural life of Saratoga Springs, and we're incredibly grateful for their continued commitment to opening their doors to teachers, healthcare workers, and nonprofit employees across the region," Steve Rimmer, CEO and Cofounder of Tickets for Good, said.
The partnership comes at a time when many Americans are feeling increasingly pressured by the rising cost of everyday life, with arts and cultural experiences often becoming difficult to access, or inaccessible as a whole, despite the proven benefits they bring to the well-being of the viewers and the connection of the community.
