PREVIEW: Spin Doctors Perform in Support of Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga
09/27 @ Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga Farm
With the leaves starting to fall and a chill in the air, it can only mean one thing: it’s concert time at Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga!
This year’s event takes place on Saturday, September 27, headlined by the amazing Spin Doctors, with local favorites Rich Ortiz and The Wallies featuring Gianna Robustiano opening the show.
For those unfamiliar with Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga, it is a nonprofit organization that provides equine-assisted mental health care while also offering retired racehorses a second career as healing partners. The program works with veterans, children, individuals with PTSD, survivors of domestic violence, and others. The annual charity benefit concert is their biggest fundraiser of the year, allowing the organization to keep its services either free or at a very low cost.
In addition to experiencing live music from one of the music scene’s most exciting bands, attendees can enjoy delicious food and drinks from local favorites such as Fierro’s Pizza, Neighborhood Kitchen, Taquero Tacos & Donuts, Old Tavern Farm Winery, and Druthers Brewing Company—all while supporting a worthy cause.
Don’t miss this chance to see the Spin Doctors up close and personal (only 500 tickets will be available) all while supporting one of the area’s many important nonprofits. Tickets are $175 in advance or $200 on the day of the event. The benefit kicks off at 6 p.m. at the Therapeutic Horses of Saratoga farm, located at 683 Route 29 in Saratoga Springs. Last year’s concert sold out, and this year’s is expected to do the same. If you plan to attend, don’t wait—get your tickets here!
