“Immerse yourself in the richness of an array of cultural arrangements with the Lucia Pulido Quartet on Saturday, May 10th.”

The Lucia Pulido Quartet, an ensemble of musicians experienced in sharing the abundance of culture through their musical arrangements, is offering the Capital Region an opportunity to bask in the uniqueness of self-expression.

Alongside Pulido’s dedicated craft of exploring traditions through musical arrangements are her bandmates, guitarist Sebastian Cruz, bassist Stomu Takeishi, and drummer Michael W. Davis. Together they sophisticatedly preserve the traditions of Latin American arrangements while simultaneously providing a signature mark on each piece.

The Sanctuary for Independent Media promotes diversity within an array of art forms to embrace activism and growth. This space will be filled with an aura of acceptance and powerful expression. During the Lucia Pulido Quartet’s performance, one should expect the quartet to bring a unique and galvanizing array of technique to not only Pulido’s original pieces, but also compositions by guitarist Sebastian Cruz and Ivan Benavides.

For a night complete with electrifying ethnic melodies and an unforgettable rich musical spirit, sit in to witness the magic that is the Lucia Pulido Quartet at the Sanctuary for Independent Media.
