The New York State Office of General Services hosted the final event of the 2025 Capital Concert Series, featuring second-generation reggae artist Tarrus Riley and his band, the Blak Soil Band. Opening the show was The Meditations, a spiritual roots reggae group from Jamaica. Performing before an enthusiastic crowd, both acts delivered a message of peace, harmony, and “One Love.”
