GALLERY: Boys Like Girls At Alive At Five

Indie-rock band Boys Like Girls proved that emo was never “just a phase” as they joyfully brought mid-00s nostalgia to Alive at Five, turning the streets of Broadway into an emo night dance party full of the band’s greatest hits.
They were preceded by Upstate New York cover band The Story Boys. The Story Boys had a crowd of all ages singing along to emo classics, such as Paramore, Fall Out Boy, and a host of other upbeat tunes that had the crowd more than sufficiently primed for the headliner.
