APRIL 2026

  • This month kicks off with a strong focus on partnership. As the Libra Full Moon of April 2nd illuminates the night, it also offers a chance to restore balance and emotional equilibrium within your closest relationships. This Full Moon is quite powerful; any attempts at balance will face an equally strong urge to focus on yourself. It’s also lucky due to receiving support from Jupiter! If you’ve been feeling that tension, compromise is key, especially immediately after the Full Moon. The celestial energy of the 3rd through the 8th has the potential to activate old fears and resentments (ones involving your finances in particular…). However, there’s also ample opportunity to heal those parts of you. Gentle, heartfelt communication will go a long way at this time. On the 9th, energizer Mars enters Aries to amplify your energy, courage, and initiative. You’ll feel a surge of drive and motivation over the next few weeks; it’s an excellent time to start new projects and pursue your goals with renewed intensity. Personal boundaries and reclaiming your power may also be strong themes, as well as an increase in stamina, movement, and libido! On the flip side, there may also be increased conflict in your life. Release your anger constructively.

On the 13th, Mars runs into Neptune, which can create confusion regarding your identity or life path…but this moment may also prompt a search for deeper meaning when it comes to who you are and where you’re going. Additionally, creative or spiritual motivation will be flowing! It’s also a lucky day for anything involving money or personal possessions. You’ll be feeling extra chatty, even mentally restless, once Mercury enters your sign on the 15th. Expect a short period of rapid thought processes, acting on your ideas, expressing personal opinions openly, or initiating important discussions. And if you’ve been itching to start a new writing or communication project, now’s the time! Just don’t let the Sun-Chiron conjunction of the 16th get you down. This cosmic combo can make wounds or insecurities surrounding your identity much more visible to yourself and others. Instead, use this day to confront those wounds, which will allow for personal growth and a deeper understanding of your life story. Meanwhile, the Aries New Moon of April 27th is an incredibly potent chance to rewrite that story. This lunation is followed by a powerful Mars-Saturn conjunction on the 19th to help you strategize your actions, discipline your ambitions, and act with purpose and commitment. Then, on the 20th, it’s Mercury’s turn to meet Mars and Saturn, which offers mental discipline and realistic expectations. Watch your words on that day — verbal arguments are in the air! The 24th could deliver a financial surprise (or a deep desire to free yourself from debt). It’s also when Venus enters chatty Gemini, making everyone flirtier and more social! Remember that writing project I mentioned earlier? If that’s in the cards for you, the tail end of April is the perfect time to work on it, especially once Uranus, planet of surprise and innovation, also enters Gemini on the 26th. This is a huge shift — Uranus will stay in the sign of the Twins until 2033 — and you’ll experience a long period of mental awakening, disruptive ideas, innovation, and change. Surprises involving siblings, short distance travel, and/or your neighborhood may also pop up. Remember, this is a long-term shift, so while you’ll feel the vibe right away, it’ll take years for the full story to unfold. You’ll definitely feel the energy throughout the last days of the month, however, so stay open and receptive to new ideas and ways of thinking. It’s quite a month!

  • April is a very spiritually-charged month during which you’ll seek (and find!) solitude and retreat. The beginning of the month, however, is dominated by April 2nd’s Libra Full Moon, highlighting themes of work, health, and being of service. The Libra Moon wants you to approach it all with balance, fairness, and right relationship, and, while Full Moons often bring about endings, this one will reveal where your daily life and work habits could use some adjustment! Whether it’s navigating coworker dynamics, unfair workloads, unbalanced health habits, or overwhelming stress, it’s time to find balance. Don’t worry, the cosmic energy of the next few days will help by facilitating heartfelt communications (perhaps you’ll find comfort by talking to a trusted friend) — as well as pushing you towards recalibrating your self-worth. Once Mars enters Aries and your reclusive 12th house on the 9th, you’ll feel a flood of intense energy move towards your subconscious self. If you feel those familiar demons (i.e. buried anger and resentment) bubble up to the surface yet again, Mars can help you feel strong enough to vanquish them. During the next few weeks, your drive will turn inward; your actions more behind-the-scenes. As Mars encounters Neptune on the 13th, you may feel confusion about what you’re actually fighting for. Some battles are no longer worth the energy. The best way to manage this newfound energy is by channeling it into spiritual or creative pursuits. (The 13th also features a cute Venus-Jupiter connection, so help is on the way!) Mercury joins the Aries party on the 15th, turning your mind inward as well, but try to pay special attention to how you feel on the 16th. As the Sun conjoins wounded healer Chiron, its illuminating effect could reveal something hidden, a key to healing. April 17th’s Aries New Moon is your annual chance to recalibrate your relationship to your mental health — treat this lunation as the beginning of a deeply internal, spiritual, and symbolic new cycle. If you want to see external results, you have to plant those seeds in your soul first! The Mars-Saturn energy that floods the skies on the 19th will help you structure your fighting spirit in order to act strategically. The 20th is full of conflicting vibes as well: it’s Mercury’s turn to confront both Mars and Saturn, so keep your angry words to yourself (or jot them down in a journal) and use the increased mental power to strategize. Things begin to feel a touch lighter around that time, though. The Sun enters Taurus on the 20th (happy birthday season!), adding radiance, magnetism, and vitality to your aura, and, on the 24th, Venus’s rendezvous with Uranus makes for some electric flirtations.

Venus moves into Gemini and your financial sector that same day, meaning the next several weeks will bring extra luck with money and possessions, but don’t forget to turn your love and appreciation towards yourself, too. You’ll face some kind of identity crisis this week, but it’ll pass quickly, and the really big news is that Uranus will move into Gemini — where it will stay until 2033 — on the 26th. This is a huge shift that will completely revolutionize the story when it comes to personal income and self-values. It’ll be a long-term process, but you should feel its sparkiness right off the bat. Jot down all your crazy money-making ideas. They may be just the ticket down the line.

  • April blooms with a focus on your love life. As the Libra Full Moon arrives on the 2nd, expect an evening of peak romantic and creative action! In addition to sweeping revelations that (hopefully) lead to emotional clarity, this powerful moment could represent the end of a cycle — and it’ll all be in the name of balance and fairness. Think of this Full Moon as a turning point to decide whether a relationship feels equal. Relish the surge of joy or creative inspiration; if you have kids in your life, it’s also a great time to spend time with them! If this lunation brings drama, it should show you where and how your well-intentioned compromises often backfire. If an important conversation needs to be had, especially one surrounding relationships or your career, cosmic support is in the air on the 3rd — just make sure not to let any suppressed angst get in your way. Instead, use whatever’s swirling around in your psyche to initiate positive transformation. After that, aside from a fleeting moment of career-related disruption or surprise on the 8th, most of the month’s cosmic activity will draw the focus towards your friendships and communities! Once Mars enters Aries and your social 11th house on the 9th, those life areas will positively light up with energy and passion…but also conflict and drama if you’re not careful. It’s possible a random stray enters your life (you know, the kind you want to “save”), but the confusion you feel about certain dynamics is probable. On the flip side, a more positive manifestation of this energy could be creative collaborations with friends. On the 16th, the Sun conjoins wounded healer Chiron to illuminate the path towards healing. This day may be broody, even painful, but I strongly recommend actively choosing peace. April 17th’s Aries New Moon is the perfect opportunity to set new intentions regarding who you surround yourself with and the communities you choose to be a part of. This New Moon, which is a perfect example of divine timing, will turn your focus inward. Those carefully tucked away emotional dark spaces often hold the key to true platonic relational alignment. This New Moon has a bit of bite to it, but it’s also cosmically supported (Jupiter ftw) and you should take advantage of its magic!

The latter half of the month continues the friendship and community theme, but it’ll feel different due to everything that occurred earlier in April. Once aggressive Mars clashes into stern Saturn on the 19th, any simmering-under-the-surface drama could finally break. Whatever’s going on, it’s time to lead with will and discipline (translation: self-control and boundaries). The 20th brings similar energy (except this time, harsh words may be spoken), so brace yourself. While this may all sound super dramatic, the point is to guide you towards more positive, supportive, and uplifting friendships. April is like rehab for your social circles. But wait, there’s more! The last week of this month is big — especially for you. On the 24th, Venus meets with Uranus in Taurus one last time before moving into Gemini (that’s you!) to bless your love life and make you extra magnetic and charming over the next few weeks. Your attitude towards all things involving love, beauty, value, and harmony have been going through the wringer lately; this moment will feel like you’re finally coming up for air. The biggest news of all, however, is Uranus’s entry into Gemini. This planet, which symbolizes, innovation, liberation, disruption, and surprise, is settling in for the long haul (like, until 2033). This is a longer story, one that will affect every aspect of your life over the next 7 years, so it’s tough to predict how it’ll turn out…but I think clues as to what’s to come are absolutely abundant this month if you stay open to them. In the meantime, have fun being the coolest weirdo everyone knows.

  • The way your career absolutely lights up this month is April’s biggest story, but the Libra Full Moon of the 2nd wants you to first situate something in your home life. This lunation, which is inherently all about balance, will focus strongly on themes of home, family, ancestry, and inner security. Full Moons bring clarity and release and often signify major a major ending. If your home life has been facing a lack of harmony lately, this is your chance to steer it back on track. Any long-simmering tension could find resolution (may I suggest…compromise?); however, boundaries may need to be drawn. It’s also an absolutely perfect time to redecorate, remodel, or simply spend a lovely evening at home with family! (Chosen family counts, too.) I love this Full Moon for you simply because the rest of the month is so career-forward — it’s a perfect opportunity to ground yourself into a safe space. Plus, if it turns out a difficult conversation needs to be had, Mercury is playing nice with Jupiter the very next day to infuse your words with honesty and empathy. There’s also a little side quest involving your friendships and communities, especially around the 3rd, 24th, and 25th. While it’s not a major story, its transformative (and possibly dark) effect is firmly woven into the energy of April. Pay attention to the events and emotions of those days; they’ll build upon one another to help you find peace within the power dynamics of your social circle. By the 9th, the career theme really pops off due to Mars’s entry into spicy Aries and your ambitious 10th house. Mars symbolizes energy, passion, and excitement…as well as aggression and conflict. As your workplace accomplishments pile up, stay aware of jealous or resentful energy flowing your way. You’ve entered a long-term period of career transformation, one simultaneously wrapped up in a bit of idealism, confusion, empathy, even spirituality. Saturn and Neptune are (mostly) working together to manifest your biggest dreams — as long as you proceed with discipline and structure. Keep that in mind as the events of April unfold, especially on the 16th as wounded healer Chiron receives the warmth and illumination of the Sun. This is a necessary moment of feeling the pain that is blocking you from healing. It’s important you don’t avoid it because the Aries New Moon of April 17th is the opportunity to finally heal something deep inside — you know, the “thing” that keeps blocking your success. This New Moon may sting, but it also brings a lovely ray of idealism and hope; use its gifts to plan a more aligned future for yourself.

While the rest of the month is just as focused on your career path, it turns the focus more towards implementation via discipline, responsibility, and setting realistic expectations. As Mars slams into stern Saturn on the 19th, make that your mantra. Harsh words may be spoken and tech issues may arise on the 20th, Mercury’s turn to face both Saturn and Mars. Interesting conversations should abound on this day. The last days of April could feel slightly isolating, especially regarding romance and friendship. As Venus, planet of love and beauty, moves into Gemini and your secretive 12th house, your attitude surrounding those topics may start to feel a little more…grim. (This is also “secret-lover” energy!) As Uranus, planet of disruption and surprise, also moves into Gemini for a lengthy 7-year stay, you’ll experience sudden revelations and insight inside your own subconscious. (Your dreams may be absolutely wild.) Since this is a long-term transit, its effects will unfold over time — but revolutionizing your angst, especially regarding love and self-value, is the absolute best way to start it off on the right foot.

  • This month kicks off with a bright Libra Full Moon in your communication sector right on April 2nd. While all Full Moons represent clarity, release, and culmination, a Libra Full Moon generally adds a nuanced layer of balance, fairness, and relationship. If you’ve been craving more harmony when it comes to communicating, learning, writing, siblings/close peers, and your local environment, this lunation will reveal a path forward. You may be facing a big, unavoidable convo or the realization that your attempts at being tactful are not reciprocated. Whatever’s going on, it doesn’t feel equal. Perhaps you’re stuck in a pattern of conflict-avoidant people-pleasing or feel yourself becoming passive aggressive — whatever it is, it’s up to you to seek a solution that, while it may not be exactly fair and equal, meets your stringent standards. Stop overthinking, journal it out, and speak your truth. Alternatively, this is a peak moment regarding any writing, internet, or tech projects! (You could also meet a new love interest at your local dive bar or while on a day trip.) In contrast, the cosmic energy of April 3rd through the 8th is more career- and finance-oriented. It’s possible a solution to a problem presents itself, especially if we’re talking about grants, inheritances, or passive income. My advice is to brace yourself for a minor surprise and embrace this personal transformation (especially on the 13th).

Once Mars enters Aries and your 9th house of higher learning, travel, exploration, and spiritual pursuits, you’ll feel a rush of energy and action within these topics, which are this month’s biggest focus for you! You may find yourself applying to grad school, impulsively booking a major trip, even signing up for reiki classes. Don’t be afraid to take a risk, but make sure you’re not being overly rash. You’ll also feel much more vocal about your belief systems during the next few weeks. On the 13th, Mars clashes into Neptune, a transit that could add a level of haze or confusion to your plans. Again, think before you act and, while it’s definitely your spiritual warrior era, try to let go of the accompanying martyr complex. The 16th is an interesting day; as wounded-healer Chiron receives the revitalizing rays of the Sun, you could have a major, possibly painful, revelation concerning your beliefs. It’s important to actually allow yourself to heal any outdated, unhelpful patterns, because April 17th’s Aries New Moon is your annual opportunity to course-correct these life areas! This New Moon is also very Chiron-coded, meaning it’s possible (even likely) you’ll experience some sting-y emotions; use them as guideposts to plan your next moves. This energy will mainly affect education, travel, and spirituality, but the overarching theme glueing those topics together is personal expansion. During this New Moon, look within and ask yourself: how do I want to expand my mind and spirit this year? The astrology of the following days is heavy on the Mars-Saturn energy, which can bring conflict and roadblocks…but also the willpower and determination to make your dreams reality. Watch out for red tape delays, especially around the 20th. A positive career surprise may pop up on the 24th.

The last few days of the month, however, will focus squarely on fun and friendship. As Venus enters chatty Gemini and your social 11th house on the 24th, you’ll seriously feel the love within your circles and communities. Also, if you’re single, you could meet a new romantic prospect through a friend. The really big news arrives on the 26th, which is when Uranus also moves into Gemini for an extended stay (until 2033!). The next several years will be full of unique, iconoclastic friendships and community efforts to make the world a better place. This story will unfold over time, but you’ll see flashes of what it could bloom into during the last days of April.

  • You’re entering a month centered around money, especially anything involving inheritance, taxes, grants, investments, and passive or shared income. April 2nd’s Libra Full Moon lands in your 2nd house of earned income and possessions, and since Full Moons symbolize clarity, emotional realizations, and culmination, it’s important to consider it all through the lens of balance and relationship, Libra-style. During this Full Moon, ask yourself: what’s fair? What’s equal? What’s beautiful? Am I being valued the way I deserve? Am I overspending to please others or keep the peace? You may feel pulled towards treating yourself — to buy something pretty to make yourself feel better — but this time is better spent reevaluating what really matters to you. This is actually a blessed lunation and your intentions will receive the cosmic support they need to manifest and flourish, so go forth and set some new financial goals! Before the fiscal theme really ramps up, the first week of April features a cute relationship-focused side quest. As Mercury receives a boost of support from Jupiter on the 3rd, schedule that important heart-to-heart you’ve had on your mind. The empathic celestial vibe of that day will make you (and others) more amenable to compromise; using this influence wisely could lead to an important shift in values and how you see the world. (It’s also an excellent day to ask out your crush, especially if it’s a friend!) A relationship surprise may fall into your lap on the 8th (alternatively: things get extra spicy in the bedroom). Meanwhile, an opportunity to mend your mistakes arrives on the 13th. To rewind a couple of days, the financial themes pick up again on the 9th once Mars enters Aries and your intimate 8th house. This chart sector affects shared resources, as well as the aforementioned inheritances/taxes/debts/investments — watch out for increased expenditures and/or rash financial decisions. However, there’s also a subtle, yet influential, layer of sex, trust, power dynamics, and all thinngs taboo or occult. It’s one of the most internal sectors of the chart and, since Mars is the planet of action, you could find yourself acting on things you usually avoid or suppress. For the next several weeks trust, control, and vulnerability are potential emotional triggers. There’s also a spiritual side to this month, and you may find yourself with a deep desire to merge, to create that ultimate closeness with another human being. This energy is strongest on the 13th. Meanwhile, the Chiron-Sun conjunction of the 16th is an intensely healing moment best used for delving deep into your psyche to root out past hurts and resentments. Don’t be scared of what you may find — your shadow just wants to be seen. April 17th’s Aries New Moon is the ultimate chance to clear these wounds and steer yourself on a better path, emotionally and financially.

Due to a ton of Mars-Saturn action, the days immediately following the New Moon may feel bleak and full of conflict. There’s work to be done, however, and this combination of planetary influences will infuse you with the necessary will, structure, and determination to achieve your goals. A word of warning: tech and communication issues are possible, as are, let’s just say, fightin’ words. The 24th could bring a romantic surprise, or one involving travel, education, and/or spiritual pursuits. Venus enters flexible Gemini that same day, meaning your career will be ultra-blessed for a while! Creative collabs, after-work drinks, and possible office romances are possible. I would normally say it’s an ideal time to ask for a raise or promotion, but since Uranus, planet of surprise, innovation, and upheaval, also enters Gemini on the 26th, the timing could be iffy. This is a long-term transit; Uranus will move through your career sector until 2033, meaning the effects will be varied and slow to develop, but I do think you have some idea of the trajectory ahead. Change is coming; your unique vision is the best weapon you have to weather what comes your way.

  • April 2nd’s Full Moon is in your sign, and it’s an interesting one, highlighting the tension between maintaining and developing your identity…while ensuring your relationships don’t fall to the wayside. Full Moons deliver emotional peaks and turning points — even culminations. Something may fade away in order to allow a new, improved version to take its place. As a Libra, you know all about relationships, balance, and fairness. However, this lunation will reveal to you just how much you’ve been shaping yourself for others. As its light illuminates the night sky, ask yourself” what parts of me are authentic, and what parts have been created to help/impress others or keep the peace? Additionally, you may be having a moment of vanity: is it time for a new look, new hair, new clothes? Is it time to accept myself as I am? This is a mirror moment; let the Moon show you, well, you. You may also be feeling extra emotional, so give yourself some extra TLC to compensate. The goal is balance and peace. Get a head start on cultivating those, because the rest of April is all about your relationships! If you need to have a tough convo (especially a workplace one), try to schedule it for the 3rd. Mercury and Jupiter are playing nice, ensuring heartfelt, empathic communication. Vulnerability is a strength. On the 5th, a Sun-Jupiter square in your committed relationship sector beams down a “go-big-or-go-home” vibe that could cause ego clashes but with the capacity to positively impact your closest partnerships. At the very least, your romantic situation (or lack thereof) will feel very big at this time. Once Mars enters Aries on the 9th, your relationships will feel…activated. Mars brings energy, passion, courage, and conflict wherever it goes; expect escalated spice and drama. Long-dormant issues may finally rise up and boil over; you could feel more direct or aggressive in your pursuits. The next few weeks will be chock-full of this energy and my best advice is to avoid unnecessary conflict and channel your emotions constructively. If you do that, this could be a very positive period for your relationships! There’s also an undercurrent of spiritual or divine love in the mix, a desire to believe in the fantasy, especially around the 13th, which is quite a transformative day. (You have my blessing, as long as you stay grounded. Go forth and plan an epic date night.) On the 16th, it’s time to heal old karmic wounds. As Chiron basks under the revitalizing rays of the Sun, the source of long-buried pain can be revealed. It’s important to listen to your emotions — to let them come up for air — so you can engage with the energy of the Aries New Moon of the 17th with a clean slate! This New Moon is a rare opportunity to really heal your relationships. If old hurts bubble up, it’s okay; you’ll receive cosmic support. Write down your intentions because the ensuing days will provide the will, determination, and structure you’ll need to create better, more realistic boundaries. However, watch out for harsh words spoken in fear or anger on the 20th.

As Venus enters Gemini and your expansive 9th house on the 24th, get ready to revive your love of travel, philosophy, and education! When in Gemini, Venus is chattier, and loves to research. Update your book wish list and buy a travel journal! Meanwhile, your personal world view is about to be utterly transformed once Uranus also moves into Gemini on the 26th. The planet of surprise, innovation, and disruption will linger in Gemini until 2033, meaning all things having to do with travel, higher education, spiritual pursuits, and publishing — essentially anything with the capacity to expand your mind and spirit — will become revolution ground zero for the next several years! This is a long-term transit that will unfold gradually, but you’ll catch glimpses of its effects late this month. It’s worth considering where you’d like to go and what you’d like to see, learn, and experience. Enjoy!

  • April opens up with a quiet and introspective moment in the form of a Libra Full Moon in your reclusive 12th house. As the Full Moon illuminates the darkness of your subconscious on the 2nd, expect emotional release, heightened intuition, and closure of some kind. For you, this lunation is less about external events and more about clearing out your subconscious of past wounds or deeply buried trauma. Since Libra is represented by the Scales, this moment is all about seeking balance. You may be stewing on feelings of injustice and unfairness; seeking solitude while you process your emotions is probably wise. Meditate. Pay attention to your dreams — they’ll point you toward what’s bothering you the most, so keep a dream journal and let it all out on paper. Oftentimes those buried fears and resentments just need to make themselves known! Your intuition may be off the charts, too. Don’t overthink everything; prioritize rest and simply flow. Relationship themes may also pop up during this Full Moon, especially since the 3rd is a very partnership-focused day. The vibe will be empathic and understanding, making it an ideal moment to initiate important conversations. Your creativity will be heightened and some internal transformation, likely facilitated by partnership, is also on the way. The rest of April will be centered around work, health, and finances, but there are a few more relationship-driven moments in store. The 8th is full of love life electricity — use it to try something new in the bedroom, but watch out for a surprise conflict! On the 13th, let go of the obsession and power struggles. The 24th and 25th are tough to predict, but prepare for a relationship surprise (or a deep desire for freedom); additionally, something may occur that subtly reshapes your identity, especially within the context of your closest partnerships.

As I mentioned, work and health will be a major focus of the month, especially once Mars enters Aries and your busy 6th house on the 9th! Mars is all about action, initiation, and drive — for the next several weeks, you’ll feel more energetic and driven (crush those tasks!). The energy is very “get your life in order now,” which I genuinely love for you. (You may, however, feel quite impatient with the inefficiency of certain coworkers…) It’s time to edit your daily routines and create better systems. For some of you, this cosmic energy may indicate a mysterious illness of some kind, or even highlight a tendency to stick your head in the sand when it comes to your health. If so, April 16th’s Sun-Chiron conjunction is a potent and important moment of healing, bringing your struggles to light and renewing your hope. Meanwhile, the Aries New Moon of the 17th wants you to set new work and health goals, ones that allow that healing to occur. This New Moon can stir up past pain or trauma, but it’s ultimately very positive and supportive, so set some new goals! The days immediately following will help you create more structure and infuse you with the determination necessary to get it all done. If you face any roadblocks from the 19th through the 20th, remember: everything takes time. Meanwhile, things start to heat up on the 24th. As Venus enters mental Gemini and your intense 8th house, expect a powerful pull towards deep conversations, secrets, taboo topics, and the occult. A craving for more mental stimulation from your most intimate bonds can also arise! You tend to analyze your feelings instead of sitting with them; the last few weeks of April will only emphasize that. The push/pull of wanting ultimate closeness and intimacy but also the freedom to roam and explore may be a vibe. Conversations surrounding money, debts, or shared resources will arise. It’s a decent time to start thinking about investments, passive income, or grants. I wouldn’t do anything too rash, however; on the 26th, Uranus — planet of surprise and destabilization — also enters Gemini for a very long stay (until 2033)! By definition, Uranus is difficult to predict. Since this is a long-term influence, its effects won’t fully manifest for a while, but you’ll get some clues right away — for now, turn your mind toward how reinventing your finances and intimacy patterns will affect your life for the better.

  • If you’ve felt super internal lately, April 2nd’s Libra Full Moon will shift the focus towards people (especially your friends!), networks, and your place in the collective. This lunation is all about balance and relationship, and since Full Moons tend to reveal hidden truths, you may experience clarity around who you surround yourself with, or even a turning point within a friendship or community you belong to. If things feel one-sided or generally off-balance, this is your chance to remedy that! If you feel a little lost, ask yourself: who supports my growth? Who doesn’t? Am I compromising too much to keep the peace? This is a very cosmically supported lunation, meaning whatever you decide, thing should work out and you’ll have learned something along the way. (Always a plus for a Sag!) And, since this is a Libra Full Moon, it’s possible partnership themes also come into play, especially since so much of this month’s astrology will center on your relationships. There are a few family and work/health related moments sprinkled within the madness, however, most notably April 3rd’s trine between messenger Mercury and lucky Jupiter. If you’ve been dealing with family or home/real estate drama, this is the best day of the month to initiate an important conversation or sign important documents — and watch out for a related surprise on the 8th! If work and health have been on your mind, expect several moments of internal transformation, as well, especially on the 13th, 24th, and 25th. Surprise workplace developments (likely positive ones!) may occur alongside some nuanced identity shifts.

Now, on to the fun stuff. As I mentioned earlier, April is super relationship-focused right from the get-go. Themes of shared resources and navigating intimacy patterns may crop up on the 5th, but the action really ramps up by the 9th, which is when Mars enters Aries and your 5th house of love, children, and creative output. This is the most pleasurable of all the houses in your chart — its topics range from sex to hobbies to simply going out and having fun — and since Mars brings the heat, your bedroom may just burst into flames! The next several weeks will be bold, fun, adventurous, and impulsive. You’ll find yourself pouring a ton of energy into your dating life, but be wary of rash decisions and false starts! If your creative projects have been sitting on the backburner, it’s time to revive those efforts; if you have kids in your life, they’ll move to the forefront, as well. Enjoy the extra confidence, but try to keep your head and emotions level — Mars ignites passion and conflict. Be honest with yourself and others: if you’re overly involved in the thrill of the chase, any new connections could fizzle out just as fast as they began. There’s a subtle fantastical energy at play here due to Neptune’s presence. Keep the rose-colored glasses on most of the time, but take them off once in a while to reengage with reality. The 16th is an interesting day. As wounded-healer Chiron meets with the Sun, long-buried romantic hurts may rise to the surface. It’s important to feel them — to give them their due in order to facilitate healing. This may be a painful moment, but it’s immediately followed by April 17th’s Aries New Moon — your ideal opportunity to lay your past to rest and steer your romantic and creative future towards a better, more evolved path. Make your intentions clear, both to yourself and to the universe, because the Mars-Saturn conjunction of the 19th will encourage you to define what you create. Relationship boundaries, giving form to the artistic ideas floating around in your head, even laying off the partying for a while will help you clean up this life area. Responsibility, structure, determination, and willpower are your most powerful tools in this endeavor. The fantasy may be (could be?) real…but so is actual reality, you know? Stand by your words and speak with authority. On the 24th, a similar but slightly different cosmic energy comes into play. Venus, planet of love, harmony, and beauty, enters Gemini and your committed partnership sector. If you’re in a long-term relationship, enjoy this time of flirtation and romance! If you’re looking for a more solid situation, your chances of achieving that are heightened at this time. This is a chatty, flirty, lighthearted and curious energy, so play spicy board games, plan double dates, and just have fun! But wait, there’s more…on the 26th, unpredictable Uranus also enters Gemini, where it’ll stay until 2033. The next several years will likely involve breaking old patterns in how you relate, connect, and commit so you can move toward something more authentic and aligned. Your entire approach to relationships may be rewired during this long-tern transit; the effects won’t be immediately visible, they need time to manifest, but I advise using the end of April to get clear about where you’d like your relationships to go.

  • April is a month during which you’ll mainly focus on home and family, but the Libra Full Moon of the 2nd wants you to find some work-life balance first! This lunation acts as a bright, emotional spotlight on your career, public image, and life goals and signifies a turning point in your professional path. Balance, fairness, harmony: these are all Libra themes, and you’d we wise to lean into them during this Full Moon. Ask yourself: where do you I feel unbalanced in your career? Are my professional relationships one-sided? Do I resort to people-pleasing instead of asserting my boundaries and staying true to myself? This is a moment of cooperation and diplomacy, of weighing your options carefully. It may also signify closure to a big project or increased visibility. Your biggest asset in handling whatever occurs — externally or internally — is your innate tact and willingness to work to find compromise. To skip ahead to late in the month, Venus, planet of harmony and the planet responsible for your career success, will enter Gemini and your daily workload sector on the 24th. This transit will beautify and smooth your everyday experiences in the workplace, which, even though there’s an obvious connection, is slightly different than your highest career goals and ambitions! Creative collaborations are likely; so are office team-ups, even romances! To electrify things even further, Uranus, planet of surprise, also enters Gemini on the 26th, just two days later. Since Uranus often delivers disruptions, this…kind of negates the “smooth” vibe. This is a long-term transit, however — Uranus will stay in Gemini until 2033, meaning its full meaning won’t show itself for a while. Possible manifestations include sudden shifts in job roles, a series of brilliant, innovative ideas, feeling like the office outcast, an unignorable desire for more autonomy, freedom, and workplace flexibility…the list goes on. If your work situation is set in stone, this transit could affect your health. Sudden changes in energy level and (especially) nervous system sensitivity may arrive unannounced! Only you know how this will play out in your life. Pay attention to the last few days of April for clues.

Back to the rest of the month, which, as I mentioned, is very home- and family-centric with a few pockets of romance and creativity to spice things up. If you need to have a heart-to-heart with someone, especially a romantic partner or sibling, the best day to do so is the 3rd. The energy of that day is warm and empathic, facilitating easeful communication. It’s possible you experience some internal transformation related to love or creative output at that time! The 13th is a lovely, decadent day to plan a date or reach out to the object of your affection; expect a romantic surprise around the 24th. The home theme becomes activated on the 9th as Mars enters Aries and your ancestral 4th house. Mars brings energy, action, and conflict; it’s possible some family drama crops up. You may even find yourself asserting your boundaries with newfound ease thanks to Mars’s bravery! This life area is undergoing a restructuring with a side of healing, which is kind of a big deal. At times, you’ll need to soften those boundaries with some empathy, especially on the 16th. As wounded-healer Chiron greets the Sun, past traumas will become illuminated. It’s important to face them so you can move forward. The Aries New Moon of April 17th is the ultimate opportunity to start fresh and plant new seeds. What defines “home” for you? Clearly define your desires; the universe loves clarity. The ensuing days will provide the strength and discipline to make it all happen. I’m so excited for you to finally feel at home.

  • The cosmic energy of this month will fill you with a thirst for learning, communicating, and exploring, especially around the time of April 2nd’s Libra Full Moon. Each monthly lunation has a purpose and, when we’re talking about a Libra Full Moon, that purpose is usually to guide you towards more balance and harmony in certain life areas. If you’ve been considering furthering your education, planning a journey, or reigniting your interest in spirituality and philosophy — this Full Moon delivers a moment of peak activity, even closure, surrounding those topics. You may experience this as an external event (such as finally deciding to apply to grad school) or on a more interior level (i.e. a shift in your beliefs). Whatever it is, compromise, relationship, and balance are key. The next few days feature more subtle financial and home/family themes. You may receive good news or on the 3rd; it’s also a perfect day to initiate a money- and resources-centered conversation, perhaps with a member of your household. (If that goes awry, you’ll get a chance to straighten it all out on the 13th!) Meanwhile, innovation and liberation electrify the air on the 8th. Expect a surprise, likely positive, relating to home, family, or real estate on the 24th, but watch out for clashing egos.

As I touched on earlier, April is a very mental, communicative month, especially once Mars enters Aries and your related 3rd house on the 9th. For the next few weeks, your thoughts and words will be fast and forceful. It’s an excellent time to begin a writing, speaking, or tech project. You’ll be able to speak with more confidence but watch out for overly rash actions and decisions. Your mind will be restless, so put it to use: read, write, and learn! (Especially once Mercury joins the party on the 15th!) Other themes that may pop up include siblings or other close relatives, everyday transit (you might be driving a lot more), and your local area. In addition to energy and passion, Mars also delivers conflict, so don’t actively antagonize anyone and make sure your car passes inspection! On the 13th, Mars will run into hazy Neptune to deliver a short blast of inspiration…or confusion/lack of focus. If you’ve been weighed down by unhelpful thought and communication patterns, April 16th’s Chiron cazimi is your opportunity to heal. As the asteroid known as the Wounded Healer is reinvigorated by the light of the Sun, the source of past issues or trauma may be revealed and your path to healing illuminated. The Aries New Moon that occurs the very next day is absolutely perfect for setting new intentions and turning these life areas around, while the 19th and 20th will help you rustle up the necessary structure and discipline to make it happen. These days, however, may also bring harsh words and tech issues, but the energy of the 26th should fix that up.

Now, for some fun stuff! Later in the month, once Venus glides into Gemini and your pleasure-centric 5th house on the 24th, your love life (and creative output) are in for a treat. Venus sprinkles beauty and harmony wherever she goes, so expect a chatty, more flirtatious few weeks. On the 26th, Uranus, planet of surprise and innovation, will also move into Gemini for any extended stay — until 2033! Prepare for a long stretch of interesting dating scenarios. (You might get into some weird stuff, so let your freak flag fly.) If you have kids in your life, a once-stable situation may experience some disruption. Uranus literally symbolizes unpredictability, so it’s tough to predict how this will play out long-term, but you’ll definitely catch a vibe during the last few days of April — enjoy!

  • This month’s focus is financial, and it begins with April 2nd’s Libra Full Moon. This lunation lands in your shared resources sector, highlighting themes such as inheritance, taxes, passive income, grants, and monetary gifts. (This is a classic “moving in with a partner” transit, so if that’s what’s going on with you, congrats on living your life to the cosmic letter!) Possible additional themes include deep intimacy, trust, internal transformation, and taboo/occult topics. You’ll experience a moment of closure or emotional revelation, but the actual agenda of this specific Full Moon is balance, compromise, relationship, and diplomacy. If something feels unfair or unequal, it’s important to fix that, and the Libra Moon will provide the absolute perfect vibes to do it! If you need to have an important conversation, April 3rd’s Mercury-Jupiter trine is the ideal time — the energy will be empathic and open, facilitating smoother communication. It’s an ideal day to start tech or writing projects. However, it’s also possible a power struggle crops up at that time, especially involving children or a romantic partner. And on the 8th, expect a so-crazy-it-just-might-work quality to your thoughts and ideas! These themes could reappear later in the month, around the 24th and 25th, and if you’ve been doing the inner work, you’ll reap the rewards of some subtle, but important, internal transformations. The financial theme returns in full force on the 9th, as Mars enters Aries and your resourceful 2nd house. The next few weeks will be characterized by (pick your poison): excess earning or spending, asking for a raise, pouring energy into padding your bank account, tossing/donating old stuff — you get the idea. It’s a time of forceful, decisive action, so use it to your advantage. Conflicting experiences are definitely possible (Mars can be dramatic) and you may feel confused or hazy about the path forward around the 13th. April 16th’s Sun-Chiron conjunction is one of the more interesting celestial events of the month. As the asteroid known as the Wounded Healer experiences the full strength of our Sun’s revitalizing rays, it’s time to toss unhelpful financial patterns and attitudes. This could be a painful moment, but I encourage you to bolster your self-worth along with the more material aspects. The Aries New Moon arrives the very next day to help you clean up your act with its promise of a fresh start; you don’t want to carry that stuff with you! Plus, all the Mars-Saturn action of the ensuing days should give you the fortitude, willpower, and structure to make it happen.

Meanwhile, the tail end of April is very home- and family-oriented. As Venus, planet of love and beauty, moves into Gemini and your ancestral 4th house on the 24th, you’ll enjoy several weeks of extra luck and harmony in those life areas! Redecorate your home or simply cozy up in your safe space; it’ll feel extra good. There is, however, a major home/family shift on the way. Uranus, planet of surprise and liberation, also enters Gemini on the 26th. This is a long-term transit — Uranus will stay in Gemini until 2033 — that will initiate big time change. Uranus is tough to predict; you may experience a series of destabilizing events, become the black sheep pf the family, or simply finally find the guts to break old family curses — whatever occurs, it’ll unfold over the next several years, but you’ll definitely catch a glimpse of what the future may hold during the last few days of April.
